Opus4Frustration, misunderstandings, anger and failure; these are the most common experiences of those who seek to work cross culturally. Many return to their home culture with a very negative view of the locals and also leave a very negative impression on their host country. Is it possible to work in a cross cultural setting in a meaningful, fulfilling and effective way? Cross cultural teams are becoming more and more common in today’s business climate and are here to stay. Together we will explore the challenges and opportunities that intercultural teams provide, how they benefit individuals on the team and the team’s performance as a whole. Finally we will talk about some practicals how to lead and facilitate intercultural teams.
